Andras Olsen studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London, in 2002. He was educated at the Royal Danish Music Conservatory in Copenhagen under Thorbjørn Kroon. He works as a freelance musician in Denmark, the Faroe Islands and other countries. Over the last few years, he has played, amongst others, with Ensemble Modern in Germany and at the Kilkenny Arts Festival in Ireland. Andras is also a member of the Faroese ensemble Aldubáran.
